his painting came together very intuitively. I started with pink because it felt soft and open, and from there the two black circles appeared. For me, they represent contrast, weight, or simply something strong and present.

The vertical line felt almost natural to add — it gave the piece structure and balance, like it was holding everything together. There’s a tension between soft and hard, light and dark, chaos and order.

I didn’t really overthink it; it just felt right this way.
